隐私权保护政策的内容
美育非常重视各位会员的隐私权。请您于提供个人资料前阅读以下相关隐私权保护政策的内容。
个人资料的定义
个人资料是指得以识别您的身分且未公开的资料,如姓名、地址、电话号码或电子邮件地址。
本隐私权保护政策只适用于美育
本政策不适用于非美育所有,也不适用于非美育雇用或管理之人。
资料搜集及使用
在您注册美育帐号、使用美育产品或服务、参加赠奖及抽奖活动时,美育会搜集您的个人资料。
當您在美育 註冊時,我們會詢問您的姓名(中文)、電子郵件地址、出生日期、性別及郵遞區號等資料。在您使用某些特定服務時,我們可能還會詢問您的住址、信用卡資料等相關資料。在您註冊美育 帳號並登入我們的服務後,我們就能辨別您的身分。 美育 須用之會員個人資料極為精簡,故資料欄位均屬必填欄位,若您不提供該等資料則無法使用相關的美育 產品及服務。美育 也自動接收並記錄您的IP位址。
在您使用美育产品及服务期间,美育可将资料用作以下用途:满足您对产品和服务的要求、改进我们的服务、联络您、进行研究。
美育搜集、处理及利用个人资料之特定目的如下:会员管理与服务、资讯通讯服务、网路购物、广告、商业行为以及其他契约、类似契约或法律关系管理之事务或业务。
资料分享与揭露
除非是为了向您提供您所要求的产品或服务、获得您的授权,或有下列情形,否则美育不会向任何非相关人士或非关系企业提供您的个人资料,或与之分享:
● 我们向已签署保密协议书之代表美育执行业务或与我们共事的值得信赖的合作伙伴提供这些资料。这些公司可能会将您的个人资料用于协助美育就我们和行销伙伴所提供产品及服务的事宜,与您进行沟通。但这些公司无独立权利分享这些资料。
● 我们对传票、法院命令或法律程序作出回应、取得或行使法律权利,或对诉讼上之请求提出防御。
● 我们认为为了调查和防止非法活动、涉嫌诈欺、对人身安全有潜在威胁的状况、对美育服务条款的违反,或为了对上述情形采取应对措施,或法律另有规定,而有必要分享您的个人资料时。
● 如果美育全部或部分业务被其他公司收购或合并,我们会将您的个人资料移转给该公司。如果发生这种情况,美育会在您的个人资料被移转且将适用不同的隐私权政策前通知您。
会员查询、修改及删除个人帐号资料服务
您可随时查询、阅览及修改个人美育帐号资料。
美育会将发送活动eDM至您的帐号信箱,您若欲停止收到此类eDM,可按照所收讯息中的指示取消订阅这些讯息。如果您要删除您的美育帐号,请与我们联系meiyu@kidsmusic.com.tw
机密性和安全性
我们会将有权存取您个人资料之员工限于我们合理相信是为了向您提供产品或服务或为了完成工作而需要取得这些资料的员工。我们已采取符合法规要求的实体、电子和程序防护措施,以保护您个人资料的安全。
隐私权保护政策修订
美育可不时修订本政策。当我们在个人资料的处理上有重大变更时,会将通知传送到您在美育帐号的电子邮件地址,或在我们的网站上张贴告示。

资料删除说明流程

  1. 进入您Facebook 个人档案的应用程式和网站设定页签:https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications

  2. 移除您的应用程式。

出货流程

1. 产品均享有7天犹豫期之权益(注意!犹豫期非试用期),若退/换回产品非全新状态且包装完整,将影响您的退货权益及需负担回复原状责任。
2. 商品运费计价方式将明载于网页中,如未有记载将由本公司或商家负担。
3. 消费未满3000元将酌收80元物流处理费(后续发生退货者,运费将不予以退还)。
4. 当日15:50前完成的订单,约5个工作天内出货(周日、国定假日不配送)。

寄送时间:
全台湾5个工作天到货

送货方式:
透过宅配送达。除网页另有特别标示外,均为常温配送。
消费者订购之商品若经配送两次无法送达,再经本公司以电话与Email均无法联系逾三天者,本公司将取消该笔订单,并且全额退款。

送货范围:
限台湾本岛与离岛地区注,部分离岛地区包括连江马祖、绿岛、兰屿、琉球乡…等货件,将送至到岸船公司码头,需请收货人自行至码头取货。注意!收件地址请勿为邮政信箱。

注:离岛地区不配送安装商品、手机门号商品、超大材商品及四机商品。

退货流程

Meiyu 线上购物的消费者,都可以依照消费者保护法的规定,享有商品货到次日起七天犹豫期的权益。但犹豫期并非试用期,请留意,您所退回的商品必须回复原状(须回复至商品到货时的原始状态)并且保持完整包装(包括商品本体、配件、赠品、保证书、原厂包装及所有附随文件或资料的完整性),切勿缺漏任何配件或损毁原厂外盒。

如果您所购买的商品是属于易于腐败之商品、保存期限较短之商品、客制化商品、报纸、期刊、杂志,依据消费者保护法之规定,将无法享有七天犹豫期之权益且不得办理退货。

如果您所购买的是影音商品、电脑软体或个人卫生用品等一经拆封即无法回复原状的商品,在您还不确定是否要办理退货以前,请勿拆封,一经拆封则依消费者保护法之规定,无法享有七天犹豫期之权益且不得办理退货。

如果您所购买的是非以有形媒介提供之数位内容或一经提供即为完成之线上服务,一经您事先同意后始提供者,依消费者保护法之规定,您将无法享有七天犹豫期之权益且不得办理退货。

若您需办理退货,请于网页点选「联络美育」,将由客服人员为您服务,我们将于接获申请之次日起1个工作天内检视您的退货要求,检视完毕后将以E -mail回覆通知您,并将委托本公司指定之宅配公司,在5个工作天内透过电话与您连络前往取回退货商品。请您保持电话畅通,并备妥原商品及所有包装及附件,以便于交付予本公司指定之宅配公司取回(宅配公司仅负责收件,退货商品仍由特约厂商进行验收),宅配公司取件后会提供签收单据给您,请注意留存。

退回商品时,请以本公司或特约厂商寄送商品给您时所使用的外包装(纸箱或包装袋),原封包装后交付给前来取件的宅配公司;如果本公司或特约厂商寄送商品给您时所使用的外包装(纸箱或包装袋)已经遗失,请您在商品原厂外盒之外,再以其他适当的包装盒进行包装,切勿任由宅配单直接粘贴在商品原厂外盒上或书写文字。

提醒您,原厂外盒及原厂包装都属于商品的一部分,若有遗失、毁损或缺件,可能影响您退货的权益,也可能依照损毁程度扣除为回复原状所必要的费用。

若因您要求退货或换货、或因本公司无法接受您全部或部分之订单、或因契约解除或失其效力,而需为您办理退款事宜时,您同意本公司得代您处理发票或折让单等相关法令所要求之单据,以利本公司为您办理退款。

本公司收到您所提出的申请后,若经确认无误,将依消费者保护法之相关规定,返还您已支付之对价(含信用卡交易),退款日当天会再发送E-mail通知函给您。

MEIYU WONWON, Inc. (hereinafter referred as “Company”) will handle, in accordance with the following policy, the personal information including the private information obtained from our customers (“User” or “Users”) when they use our Company service ( “Service”).

Responses to customer introduction and inquiries in relation to the Service
Efforts to cope with the violations of our Company's regulations and policies regarding the Service
Efforts to improve and customize the Service to the interests of our users, including research and analysis
Informing Users about conspicuous impacts or influences on our Service; outstanding alterations of the Service or suspension of the Service etc.

3. Providing Users' information to third parties

3.1. Without any prior consent of the individual, Company will not provide personal information to any third parties, except for cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, and the following cases.

4. Transfer of the Users' information

Company may transfer the Users' information obtained in overseas to Taiwan in order to handle, process and store such information inside Taiwan. Company will take proper measures necessary to protect personal information among Users' information in accordance with the applicable laws and ordinances.

5. Measures taken in response to requirement of disclosure and such like

When we are requested by User in accordance with the procedures under the Personal Information Protection Law to disclose, to correct, to delete or to restrain of use of their information, we will take appropriate measures in reasonable period after confirming that the request is really made by such User him/herself. No measure will be taken in the case that Company is not obliged to do so under the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations. Users may withdraw their consent for the handling of the personal information in any time they wish. In case that Users do not agree for the handling of the personal information, some parts of the Service will not be provided since they require the personal information registration.

6. Assessment on Users' trends

The Company may install the other companies' modules onto our applications in order to assess and measure use of our Service.

7. Security measures for Users' information

Company will take security measures in order to prevent leakage, loss or damage of the Users' information stored.

8. Storage period of personal information

Company stores and uses the Users' information during the period necessary to accomplish the purpose of information usage.

9. Notification of altered privacy policy

The Company will post the amended privacy policy on our website or applications when the privacy policy is altered. The Company will obtain Users' consent through procedures the Company consider appropriate when the laws require to do so in amending the privacy policy.

Shipping time:
5 working days to arrive in Taiwan
12. Delivery methods
Delivered via home delivery. Unless otherwise indicated on the website, all items are delivered at room temperature.
If the product ordered by the consumer cannot be delivered after two deliveries, and the company cannot be contacted by phone or email for more than three days, the company will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

13. Delivery range

Limited to the main island of Taiwan and the outlying islands. Note, some outlying islands, including Lianjiang Matsu, Ludao, Lanyu, Ryukyu Township, etc., will be delivered to the dock of the shore shipping company, and the consignee should be asked to pick up the goods at the dock. Notice! The delivery address should not be a PO Box.

Note: Installation products, mobile phone number products, oversized materials and four-machine products will not be delivered in outlying islands.

14. Regarding returns
Consumers who shop online at Meiyu can enjoy a seven-day hesitation period from the day after the goods arrive in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law. However, the hesitation period is not a trial period. Please note that the returned product must be returned to its original state (it must be returned to the original state when the product arrived) and kept in a complete package (including the product body, accessories, gifts, warranty, original packaging and all the integrity of the accompanying documents or materials ), do not miss any accessories or damage the original box.
If the goods you purchase are perishable goods, goods with a short shelf life, customized goods, newspapers, periodicals, magazines, according to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, you will not be able to enjoy the seven-day hesitation period and cannot apply for return the goods.
If you have purchased audio-visual products, computer software or personal hygiene products that cannot be returned to their original state once they are opened, please do not open the package until you are not sure whether to return the package. According to the provisions of the law, they cannot enjoy the seven-day hesitation period and cannot handle returns.
If you purchase digital content that is not provided in a tangible medium or an online service that is completed once it is provided, it will only be provided after your prior consent. According to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, you will not be able to enjoy the seven-day hesitation period. Returns are not allowed.
If you need to return the goods, please click “Contact Meiyu” on the webpage, and the customer service staff will serve you. We will review your return request within 1 working day from the day after receiving the application. – Mail reply to notify you, and will entrust the home delivery company designated by the company to contact you by phone within 5 working days to retrieve the returned goods. Please keep the phone open, and prepare the original product and all packaging and accessories so that it can be delivered to the home delivery company designated by the company for retrieval (the home delivery company is only responsible for receiving the goods, and the returned goods are still checked by the special manufacturer). The receipt will be provided to you after the package is completed, please keep it.
When returning the goods, please use the outer packaging (carton or packaging bag) used by the company or the special manufacturer to send the goods to you, and deliver the original package to the home delivery company who came to pick up the goods; if the company or the special manufacturer sends the goods to you The outer packaging (carton or packaging bag) used when the product was delivered to you has been lost. Please pack the product in another appropriate packaging box in addition to the original outer box of the product. Do not allow the delivery note to be directly pasted on the original product. or written text on the outer box.
Remind you that the original outer box and original packaging are part of the product. If there is any loss, damage or missing parts, it may affect your right to return the product, and may also deduct the necessary expenses for restoring the original state according to the degree of damage.
If you request a return or exchange, or because the company cannot accept all or part of your order, or because the contract is cancelled or invalid, you agree that the company can process the invoice on your behalf.
