Shipping process

1. All products are entitled to a 7-day hesitation period (note! The hesitation period is not a trial period). If the returned/exchanged product is not in a new state and the packaging is complete, it will affect your return rights and bear the responsibility for returning to the original state.

Return Process

Consumers who shop online at Meiyu can enjoy a seven-day hesitation period from the day after the goods arrive in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.However, the hesitation period is not a trial period.
